October 2025 5.00We LOVED being near the lake and the ocean. My kids fished ALOT! The house was perfect for my family of four plus grandma. It was decorated so nicely and super clean. The walk to the beach was a breeze. The only down side (which had nothing to do with the house) is the public beach access point across the street is a tiny strip of sand and was packed. The private beach surrounds you and in Oct, it was empty but there were security guards making sure you stayed in the public strip (even to throw a ball) that’s about 25ft wide. I understand now that this is how Santa Rosa is, but I didn’t realize that beforehand. You could take your chairs up to the shoreline and sit anywhere. It was fine, didn’t impact our trip (we played ball in the calm, crystal clear water, but it was the first time I encountered that. Regardless, I’d book here again and we enjoyed our stay.

August 2025 5.00The home was beautiful. Very well decorated! My children loved the bunk beds! My husband and I were very happy over all. The host was very accommodating and very responsive! 10 outta 10 for sure! Will be back!

April 2025 5.00Could not have asked for a better location to have our first stay in Santa Rosa. The home was exactly as shown and the decor provided the warmest beach house vibe. The view from the balcony was amazing especially while having my morning coffee. The beach was literally beautiful and just a few min walk. Hope to stay at the Pearl again!
