April 2025 5.00Could not have asked for a better location to have our first stay in Santa Rosa. The home was exactly as shown and the decor provided the warmest beach house vibe. The view from the balcony was amazing especially while having my morning coffee. The beach was literally beautiful and just a few min walk. Hope to stay at the Pearl again!

June 2024 5.00The pearl was amazing. The place was clean and stocked with basic necessities. Plenty of options for dishes to take to beach and to enjoy at home. Parking had me a little confused since I was a little jet lagged, but got it all figured out the next day. Will definitely be returning again.
