October 2024 5.00AMAZING…from start to finish, from host to home to leaving! We were evacuated from our original location and had to drive through the night, Rodney kindly let us check in at 5:15am after a long drive! They were responsive, and very understanding. The check in was extremely easy, the home was clean, air was down when we arrived and kept up the entire stay (this doesn’t happen a lot in FL!). Kitchen stocked, plenty of towels/bedding etc. easy access to beach and steps away from the pool and lake to fish in! Honestly overall we have zero complaints and for the headache we started our trip with this rental was a breath of fresh air…we ended our trip relaxed with our toes in the sand! Thank you again for a great stay!!!

June 2024 4.00A great location!!! My family really appreciated how close the house was to town and the beach. The community pool was incredible as well. The house itself was so clean and beach themed. Paradise of the house are beginning to show wear, paint scuffs, chipped toilet seat, ripped couch cushion... but those things can easily be updated possibly even before the next person stays! would definitely consider this location again.
The house was beautiful and just as described. The balcony was a perk and we enjoyed watching the sunset sitting out there. We would book again with Rodney he was easy to communicate with.
