Island Time is nestled in the picturesque Bonita Beach. This 7,200 SF sanctuary offers a stunning 800 SF rooftop deck, complete with 12 deck chairs, a fire pit, a hot tub with LED lights, Bluetooth speakers, and panoramic 360-degree views of both the Gulf and back bay waters. Watch the magical sunsets and sunrises, truly a sight to behold from the best vantage point in the home!
The home boasts 2,400 SF of elevated decks and a 2 ½ story cage over the unique pool and spa area, offering an additional 1,300 SF of outdoor living space. The spacious yard features a beach sand volleyball/badminton court and an 8ft x 8ft chess/checkers board that will entice the kids away from the beautiful white sugar sand beach, just a 550 ft walk away. The BEACH is the star attraction—calm, warm water, with dolphins playing as you relax.
Perfectly designed for family gatherings, Island Time has cozy corners for personal reflection and spacious areas for larger celebrations. The kids can enjoy the game room, while adults gather in the entertainment room, featuring a wet bar and high-top tables for 8, with additional seating for 12 when the room is opened to the deck. There are 5 large decks, plus 4 private bedroom balconies for a variety of gathering spots. Two fire pits and an outdoor fireplace ensure everyone has a perfect spot to enjoy tall tales under the stars.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream, featuring a commercial 6-burner gas cooktop, built-in convection ovens/microwaves, 2 wine refrigerators, and a commercial fridge. Outdoor decks are equipped with 2 state-of-the-art gas/inferred grills. The dining table seats 8, the outdoor table accommodates 6-8, and additional counter seating for 6 ensures everyone can join in on the fun of cooking and entertaining.
Each of the 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms has its own bath, with 4 King bedrooms featuring private balconies with Adirondack chairs. The bunk room is perfect for late-night ghost stories. The home also includes a cozy nook with 2 additional twin beds. With 10 televisions, Blu-ray players, internet streaming, and cable, there’s plenty of entertainment, though you might find the natural beauty of the island more than enough.
Island Time was designed as a family gathering hub. Its elevator makes it easy for both grandparents and toddlers to move comfortably between the 5 floors. A dedicated guest suite with its own kitchen and living room provides ample space for privacy while enjoying time together. The house itself has a great location. However, the host needs some major service on the house and communication improvements to renters. Upon arrival, the advertised hot tub on the roof, was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. There was sand in the roof spa as well as all inside of the pool. The device to turn on the pool spa was broken before arrival and never replaced for our use. We were not told when or if pool service vendors would be onsite… the owners response times was typically 2 hours and required multiple texts/phone calls. Also upon arrival , one of the bunk beds was broken and had nails sticking out. Thankfully that bed was repaired while we stayed. This stay could have been great vacation but the poor response and broken amenities removed the ability to fully enjoy the home. Disappointed…

Beautiful home in a great location. Incredibly well stocked with serving and cooking dishes. Pool was warm and lovely. Rooftop deck had beautiful views and enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit up there. We were there for Christmas and the owner had put out many Christmas decorations including a tree which really was unexpected and so appreciated.

The stay was pleasant. Although there were some minor issues initially, Rodney and Heidy promptly addressed them. The property is beautiful and conveniently located.
