expertacular very good house

The location of this house is fantastic. The views are absolutely gorgeous! However, we did have issues getting into the home and using the elevator. It took us about 30 minutes to get inside the home. It was the perfect size for our team as we were traveling for a college tennis tournament.

The house itself has a great location. However, the host needs some major service on the house and communication improvements to renters. Upon arrival, the advertised hot tub on the roof, was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. There was sand in the roof spa as well as all inside of the pool. The device to turn on the pool spa was broken before arrival and never replaced for our use. We were not told when or if pool service vendors would be onsite… the owners response times was typically 2 hours and required multiple texts/phone calls. Also upon arrival , one of the bunk beds was broken and had nails sticking out. Thankfully that bed was repaired while we stayed. This stay could have been great vacation but the poor response and broken amenities removed the ability to fully enjoy the home. Disappointed…

Great location, very nice house for a large group

Great Stay as always! Perfect for big groups. Lots of space to entertain

Beautiful home in a great location. Incredibly well stocked with serving and cooking dishes. Pool was warm and lovely. Rooftop deck had beautiful views and enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit up there. We were there for Christmas and the owner had put out many Christmas decorations including a tree which really was unexpected and so appreciated.

The stay was pleasant. Although there were some minor issues initially, Rodney and Heidy promptly addressed them. The property is beautiful and conveniently located.

It was great stat the owners were responsive and pleasant to assist in any situation. The hot tub in the roof was a huge reason we chose the place but the screen broke . Not the owners fault the screen just broke but they had a pool guy there in seconds to fix it felt like. Meant a lot and the family had so much fun there from 1 to 67 we all had a blast . Youll regret not staying here

Wonderful home with lots of space and great amenities! The home is very close to the beach access and comes provided with everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and plentiful, room for lots of people. Our family very much enjoyed all the levels and the rooftop was a special treat at Sunset :)The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay, when we had questions. The home has a few areas of needed repairs, but its minor and didn’t effect our stay whatsoever. The elevator can be complicated, but the hosts were happy to answer questions when needed and it’s quite the necessity with 5 levels. Use the rolling cart in the Kirchen when loading and unloading, VERY HELPFUL!! Lots of great places to eat, just a quick car ride away. The grocery store is less than 10 min and very helpful to have close by. Overall, we loved our stay and the kids had a blast! We had ages ranging from 3 to 13 years old and adults. Everyone loved it!

We loved our stay at this Bonita Beach “Island Time house”! The location is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views and peaceful sunsets. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach gear. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Truly a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing. It was as advertised. 13 of us celebrated my wife's 50th birthday & we had a blast. My apologies for 1 of my friends walking through the neighbor's yard across the street in a hurry to get to sunset on the beach. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend.

While there were a few hiccups upon arrival, I contacted Rodney and he was quick to answer and helped to quickly alleviate all of the hiccups. Very responsive and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Has everything a family would want.

Overall, the house worked out very well for our group. There are bedrooms on 3 different floors which allowed us to have space apart when we wanted it. The main kitchen and dining table were large enough for all of us to gather together for meals. For the most part, the house supplies everything you could need. A few amenities that are highlighted in the listing were not in working order— main fireplace, a few ceiling fans, issues with/ difficulty operating the rooftop hot tub, so that was a little disappointing. There is definitely a learning curve to operating the elevator and pool/hot tub heaters, but they were nice to have around once we figured them out. Elevator got stuck once (thankfully no one was trapped in it) and hosts were helpful in diagnosing the problem (circuit breaker tripped.)

Beautiful location, well kept home, and ample space! We stayed with three generations of our family from infants to grandparents and had every possible thing we could asked for to make our stay more comfortable. Plenty of towels for the pool, toys for the kids, wagons to make beach trips easy, stocked kitchen, the list could go on and on. Very pleased with Island Time! Thank you again to Rodney for allowing use of his beautiful home and the attention to detail to make our stay incredible!
